ATTENTION
Medical students entering the clinical phase of education following the third year of the curriculum are required to have passed all examinations from the first two years of preclinical classes. Students who fail to pass the preclinical classes from the first two years of the curriculum will be assigned “remedial” status.
Remedial students are not allowed to proceed into the fourth year clinical phase of the curriculum until they have passed all of the first and second year preclinical classes. Medical students who complete the third year of the curriculum with unsuccessful or incomplete exams remaining from the first or second years of the preclinical curriculum will be required to repeat the corresponding year of classes.
This rule is in effect beginning with all students accepted into the 2012-2013 academic year.
